We currently collect and process the following information:
- Name, Address, Postcode, & email addresses of our customers.
- Name, Business name, Address, Postcode, email addresses and phone numbers of our Trade Customers.
- Bank account and payment details (financial data) from our customers.
All individual’s credit card/debit card details are sent direct to Santander who process all payments and are GDPR compliant. We do not store any card details.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you when you order on our website, so that we can deliver your order to you.
We hold your details because we have a legitimate interest for us to contact you:-

- To request feedback about your delivery experience
- To update our internal record keeping sales leger
- To update you on new products, special offers or other information we think you may find interesting.
If for any reason you do not wish us to contact you, you have the option to opt out of any contact from us by either phoning us on 01908 238700, or emailing us at info@taylors-products.co.uk
We pass your name and address information on to our courier so that they are able to complete the delivery for us. Our couriers, APC, and Parcelforce48 are GDPR compliant.
Taylors Traditional Products takes your privacy very seriously and will never disclose, share or sell your data without your consent, unless required to do so by law. We only retain your data for as long as is necessary and for the purposes specified in this policy.
How we store your personal information
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, there are full login and password controls on our computer systems.
We only retain your personal data for as long as we need it for the legitimate purpose for which it was collected. We undertake not to retain personal data for longer than is necessary to ensure compliance with the legislation and any other statutory requirements.
Records will then be deleted from our computer systems.
